Moist easterly winds and an inland trough in the east are generating heavy showers and storms in QLD and a few showers in NSW. Highs are keeping southern NSW, VIC, TAS and SA mostly dry. Very warm easterlies for SA and the interior. As troughs cause storms over inland WA.The polar jet is staying south of the mainland, only directing weak fronts across TAS.
